Our products are handcrafted, and production takes an average of 2 to 5 business days. Once shipped, they are delivered within 5 to 9 business days.

You can request a return within 30 days. Exchanges due to an error in size or colour selection will not be accepted.
4.How does the return and exchange process work?
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return the product, provided the items are unused, in perfect condition, with all tags still attached and in their original packaging.
